Terms of Service

These terms apply when you visit or use SiteVerified Ghana (“SiteVerified”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including its website and client portal. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Our service

SiteVerified provides independent construction progress verification services in Ghana. A site visit is an observation of the site and work visible and accessible at the time of the visit. Reports, photographs, videos, and checklists describe those observations; they are not a guarantee of construction quality, structural safety, legal compliance, future performance, or project completion. They are not a substitute for advice from a licensed engineer, architect, lawyer, or other qualified professional.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and promptly tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. Use the service only for lawful purposes and do not interfere with its security, misuse another person’s information, or upload content you do not have the right to provide.

Orders, access, and payment

Available services, visit options, and prices are shown during the order process. An order is subject to the details and confirmation presented for that order. Online payment is processed by Paystack; SiteVerified does not receive or store your full payment-card credentials.

You are responsible for providing accurate site information and arranging lawful, safe access for an agreed visit. If access is unavailable or conditions are unsafe, a visit may need to be postponed or rescheduled. Any order-specific arrangements will be communicated to you.

Reports and project materials

You may use reports and other deliverables provided to you for your own project and decision-making. Do not misrepresent a report, remove its context, or present it as a certification or professional opinion that it does not claim to be. You are responsible for having permission to provide project images, documents, and other materials to SiteVerified.

Third-party services

Some features rely on third-party services such as Google Drive for project attachments and Paystack for payment processing. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies. See our Privacy Policy for how SiteVerified handles information and Google Drive data.

Changes and contact
